many of you guys dont know that i can cook .

YES , I CAN ACTUALLY COOK A DECENT MEAL WITHOUT POISONING YOU TO DEATH .

so dont go ' later i get food poisoning how ' . :D

actually , I BAKE MORE OFTEN .

but lets talk about my most disastrous cooking experience .

i had home ec practical test some time back , and that went real horrible .

firstly , my mum crash course teach me .
secondly , it was such a simple dish yet i screwed up .
thirdly , it was SARDINES . like omg easy . O:
fourth , geraldSIM chose to cook th EXACT SAME DISH as me .
fifth , mrsWONG keep going haha cause we chose same thing . O:
sixth , i FORGOT TO BRING GARLIC AND CHILLI TO SCHOOL .
horrible horrible horrible .

when i started cooking , (means th sardines alr in my pan .)
then i remember that i dint debone it .
th onions are a little chao da . (burnt)
and i forgot to take water till i needed it .
and Nurul was absent on that day !
i had to share th table with P____ instead .
we were almost screaming at each other . O:

and i got scalded by th oil . D:

note to self : If partner is going to be absent , be absent as well .

i should be glad i dint fail !
how come i cook at home so tasty , once at school taste so normal ?
and i cannot use a spatula and a spoon like i always do ,
cause it will scratch th pans . D:

ever since , i have NEVER cooked anything other than th stuff im alr good at .
like eggs and noodles etc .
i dont even want to cook my favourite fried rice ! D:

talk about disastrous .
on a not so much cooking side ,

even so , something even worse happened while baking .
i was baking cookies for christmas one year ,
and it was from scratch , not those pre mixed kind .
so as i was mixing mixing mixing ,
I PUT IN ONE OUNCE OF YEAST ,
instead of 1 pinch of yeast .

th oven almost exploded . O:
luckily only one tray inside .

all my efforts wasted !
no cookies for you . D:

i do like cakes tho . ^^

Let's hope Julie&Julia helps me regain th passion for cooking eh !
it would be nice if i wasnt scared of getting burnt . :D
